FRONT DESK STAFF

We are hiring Front Desk Staff to help us stay organized, accounted for, and enrolled!

As a member of our team, every day is different! However, typical duties will include:

  • Working with the Gym Manager to ensure that the gym is in good working order.

  • Answering phone calls and emails with parents and vendors

  • Keeping classes full but not too full! Checking enrollment numbers, calling back waitlists and working with the gym manager to meet the needs of our community to add classes as needed and make sure all communications are up to date.

  • Keeping all announcements, closures, and updates up to date.

  • Building Mailchimp announcements and newsletters

  • Posting signage as needed, working with Manager to make any updates needed online with google postings, etc.

  • Building relationships and communicating with parents to provide the best child care for their children. We encourage our staff to foster those important relationships that contribute to our success.

  • Being a role model for children by modeling positive behaviors to assist with learning. Moving around to manage the classroom and maintain safety with a positive guidance approach.

  • Helping our programs be the best they can be! Verifying quality and compliance standards are met by organizing program materials and documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.

  • Being asked to kneel, run, to lift up to 25 lbs, and have a lot of fun while doing so.

  • Basic cleaning and maintenance: Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, organizing, etc.

  • Setup, teardown and oversight of kids’ open play times and birthday parties.

  • Maintaining a rolling shopping list of supplies needed

  • Stocking, pricing and managing inventory

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Experience working with computer, google suite and social media platforms (instagram, facebook), mailchimp, and email

Job Type: Part-time - Full Time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Safety:

  • Background Check

  • Completion of Online USAG Courses (can be completed after hire) 

    • Safety and Spotting

    • First Aid/CPR

    • Safe Sport

  • Clean Driving Record (Leaders and Managers)

  • 21 years or older (Leaders and Managers)
